Qualifications

• Experience with project management, migrations, or conversions.
• Proficiency in cash posting and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of insurance products and processes with timelines and success metrics.
• Develop standardized processes, SOPs, workflows, and QA controls.
• Perform end-to-end general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting and business teams to establish controls and improve processes.
• Build and maintain weekly and month-end reports and KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train team members on new processes and procedures.
