Incline P&C Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Settlements & Reinsurance Analyst to own the end-to-end flow of funds between program partners, reinsurers, and legal entities. This role moves beyond processing to understanding the mechanics of each settlement and driving completion.

You will reconcile accounts across multiple entities, interact with general agents, brokers, and banking partners, and help implement system improvements using Workday, Duck Creek, and Excel.

Competenze

• 5+ years in accounting, financial operations, or insurance settlements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with reinsurance settlements preferred.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end settlements with program partners and reinsurers.
• Prepare and process settlements in line with contracts and deadlines.
• Reconcile monthly settlement accounts across entities.
• Communicate with general agents, brokers, and banking partners.
