Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Facilities Asset Manager in Arlington, VA, to coordinate space planning, facilities requirements, and IT equipment support across multiple locations while tracking issues, inventory, and workspace needs. You will serve as the primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely and compliant support.

Due to the federal contracting environment, handling of Controlled Unclassified Information may be required and compliance with safeguarding policies is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating classified and unclassified space planning across multiple locations.
• Experience gathering and forecasting workspace requirements based on growth and hybrid/telework models.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate IT equipment and accountable property, including inventory tracking and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unclassified and classified space planning for CSD, including allocation, reconfiguration, and alignment with agency level space planning initiatives.
• Support development of future space usage requirements, including forecasted workforce needs and hybrid/telework impacts.
• Work with Business Operations Teams to identify, track, and resolve facilities issues and service requests across multiple CSD locations.
• Coordinate requirements gathering between CSD subdivisions and agency facilities partners for space planning.
• Provide ongoing communication and status updates to CSD leadership on facilities matters, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain and track IT equipment issued to CSD personnel, including laptops and peripherals, aligning with OCIO policies.
• Coordinate with CISA OCIO on IT equipment requirements and procurement cycles.
• Provide responsive IT equipment support and workspace setup assistance to CSD staff.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure compliance with accountable property handling.
• Serve as liaison for CSD to OCIO coordination on IT provisioning and hybrid work needs.
