Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Facilities & Workplace Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of office facilities, ensuring safe, functional, and cost-effective operations across locations.

You will supervise a small team of three Office Administrators, manage leases and office moves, coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, and drive continuous improvements in service quality and space utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
• Experience directly managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of offices and workplace facilities.
• Set facility standards and service expectations across locations.
• Manage leases, renewals, expansions, and negotiations.
• Direct office moves, renovations, and workplace projects.
• Lead and develop three Office Administrators.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership on safety and operations.
