• Experience with real property transactions and leasing.
• Ability to read leases, purchase agreements, MOUs and licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in real property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate retained consultants.
• Prepare and review real property agreements and staff reports for the Board of Supervisors.
• Conduct financial feasibility and market studies.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
