Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Paralegal to support its Commercial Real Estate team at a national scale. The role offers a hybrid work schedule after training and a compensation package that reflects 3+ years of CRE paralegal experience and strong drafting, review and closing skills.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The team emphasizes collaboration, professional development and a culture built on inclusion and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate with solid title and survey know-how.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate as stated in the job requirements.
• Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency; highly organized with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support CRE deals through all phases from engagement to closing and post-closing.
• Draft and revise purchase/sale agreements, deeds, and related closing documents.
• Coordinate title and survey review, due diligence, and closings with multiple parties.
• Manage leases, amendments, and ancillary documents and track key dates.
• Open and maintain matter files, support billing, and mentor junior staff.
