Jobot is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its Boston office. The role centers on closings, financing, and acquisitions within a collaborative team of six real estate attorneys. The position offers a hybrid schedule and room to grow in a trainable environment.

Qualificações

• Commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience with closings, financing documentation, and entity formation.
• Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple active deals.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with a team of attorneys and keeping several matters moving.
• No specific degree requirement.
• Candidates from boutique and mid-size firms welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys on commercial real estate acquisitions, financings, and closings from contract to post-closing.
• Review title commitments and surveys, flag issues, and help prepare and resolve objections.
• Draft and finalize ancillary closing documents, certificates, and agreements.
• Prepare closing checklists, coordinate signatures, and assemble closing sets.
• Help form and organize new entities, including LLCs, for transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel.
• Handle recordings and filings, and track open items through closing.
• Maintain transaction files and keep deal timelines on schedule.
