Jobot is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Paralegal to support the Commercial Real Estate team at a growing national law firm. The role involves handling closings, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, coordinating due diligence, and managing matter files with a focus on title and survey review, financings, and leasing.

Qualifications

• College degree or paralegal certificate.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial acquisitions and dispositions.
• Prepare and maintain closing checklists and timelines; track open items.
• Draft, review and revise purchase and sale agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate due diligence: title, surveys, zoning reports, lien and tax searches.
• Prepare settlement statements and closing documents; coordinate funding and wire instructions.
• Manage multi-party and multi-state closings; assist with post-closing deliverables.
• Open and maintain matter files and support billing processes.
• Train and assist junior staff and contribute to process improvements for the Real Estate group.
