Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a hybrid role. In this position you will support attorneys across the full lifecycle of complex CRE transactions, from contract drafting to closing.

You will review title commitments, surveys, and related documents, prepare closing binders, and draft leases, contracts, and deeds. Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of the mortgage industry are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related documents.
• Experience drafting and managing closing binders, leases, contracts, and deeds.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
• Prepare and manage closing binders and organize documents.
• Draft/review leases, contracts, and deeds.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence on property transactions.
• Track progress of transactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.
