Jobot is partnering with a national law firm to add paralegals with commercial real estate experience to their growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office with standard hours.

Salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, with full benefits and room for growth. You will provide end-to-end transactional support to attorneys in the real estate group, including due diligence coordination, title and survey review, lease and loan document review, and UCC filings.

• Paralegal with commercial real estate experience.
• Experience supporting real estate transactions.
• Ability to coordinate due diligence and document review.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support to attorneys in the real estate group.
