Service Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Loan Processor to handle home equity and refinance applications from intake to closing. The role manages vendor orders, disclosures, underwriting coordination, and loan closings, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Strong document review, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The position requires 1 year of related experience, an active NMLS license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience in real estate loan processing and/or closings preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain NMLS license.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Process and close Home Equity and Refinance mortgage loans in a timely, accurate manner.
• Review daily pipeline reports and update the LOS accordingly.
• Coordinate with branches and closing agents to schedule closings and prepare disclosures.
• Ensure loan file accuracy, gather required documents, and update notes and statuses.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain requested items and maintain service levels.
• Maintain compliance with secondary market guidelines and regulatory requirements.
