Job summary

Union Bank & Trust Company in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Retail Real Estate Loan Processor/Closer to handle processing from origination through closing for Construction, Bridge, Cash to Close, First Lien Mortgage and HELOC loans.

The role manages daily workflows, prepares initial and closing documents, verifies compliance with TRID, Reg B and bank policies, and delivers high-quality customer service in person or by phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of lending experience; real estate loan processing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years banking experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products; ability to learn bank systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process and close real estate secured loans including Construction, Bridge, Cash to Close, First Lien Mortgage, and HELOCs.
• Manage daily workflow of real estate loan pipelines and closings.
• Prepare initial and pre-closing documents in compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform initial reviews to ensure loans meet bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct verifications and prepare documentation for Real Estate Loan Amendments.
• Apply knowledge of TRID, Adverse Action, and Reg B.
