Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking an experienced Real Estate Loan Processor to handle home equity and refinance applications. The role involves coordinating with vendors, underwriting, and closing, while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

A strong focus on member service and attention to detail is essential. Hybrid schedule with three days in the Portsmouth, NH office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Strong attention to detail in processing loan documents.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of Home Equity and Refinance mortgage loans.
• Review pipeline and underwriting decisions; update LOS with status changes.
• Coordinate closing tasks with branches, closing agents and members.
• Ensure compliance with real estate lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist and support Real Estate Lending team to meet departmental goals.
