Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Geography or related field.
2+ years in a full-time real estate or analytical role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of robust corporate growth strategies for TJX domestic banners.
Perform site analyses using demographic data, cannibalization, market prioritization and financial forecasting.
Analyze store opening trends and identify data-driven opportunities for growth.
Conduct market and competitive research and financial analyses to support real estate opportunities.
Own analyses end-to-end and translate data into actionable insights for executives.
