TJX Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Framingham, MA. You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and training, and oversee implementation tasks while supporting knowledge transfer to Production Support after go-live.

You will create and maintain project plans, design documentation, and process maps. Occasional travel may be required as projects progress.

• Leads requirements gathering, testing, training and implementation activities.
• Supports knowledge transfer to Global Production Support after implementation.
• Creates, maintains, and tracks plans for deliverables on assigned projects.
• Develops documentation: process maps, data flow diagrams, specs, use cases.
• Coordinates user involvement during testing, validation and rollout.
• Responsible for software administration tasks like configuring applications.
• Possibly travel for project needs.
