Qualifications

• 3+ years of Financial Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations from captured data.
• Drive annual and long-range budgeting processes.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for decision making.
• Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Merchandising.
