The role provides administrative support to development teams, maintains schedules, budgets, and records, coordinates meetings, and tracks submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or construction management related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of work experience; experience in project coordination or real estate industry preferred.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
• Annual store training must be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and deliverables among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, attorneys, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, responsibility matrices, development checklists, action-item logs, current construction drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information, change orders, and other related project records.
• Assist with preparation of project status reports, presentations, development budgets, and executive summaries.
• Support bidding, contractor-selection, contract-execution, and pre-construction processes.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change-order requests, payment applications, inspection reports, and outstanding decisions.
