Job summary

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a Real Estate & Business Transactions Paralegal to support the Legal team across real estate and corporate matters. The role blends traditional paralegal work with contract drafting and review, entity documentation, and coordination with outside counsel and stakeholders.

The position is hybrid-eligible based on work availability and team needs, offering opportunities to manage multiple deals and contribute to ongoing real estate acquisitions and HOA-related

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate or 2–3 years of paralegal experience in real estate or business transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate processes and corporate transaction fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work on real estate documents like purchase agreements, easements, deeds of dedication, and HOA-related documentation.
• Support business transactions across the company by reviewing commercial documentation.
• Assist in creating non-profit HOAs and supporting related legal efforts.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and internal staff.
• Manage and organize transaction and corporate files, tracking deadlines and obligations.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling and correspondence preparation.
