Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. The hybrid role involves handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with a collaborative team on high-profile matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of substantive CRE experience, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and active bar admission in one of several jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
• Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions.
