Job summary

Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions is supporting a Denver-based law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The role focuses on sophisticated CRE transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and title work, with responsive timelines and client-facing elements.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple transactions, maintain deadlines, and collaborate closely with real estate attorneys, staff, and clients in a hybrid Denver office.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale, and/or leasing.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, title surveys, plat maps, and closing documents.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through the full lifecycle of sophisticated CRE transactions.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale agreements, and related matters.
• Provide paralegal support for commercial leasing and related documentation.
• Assist with development matters and other complex CRE work.
• Review and work with title commitments, surveys, plat maps, and legal descriptions.
• Track timelines, deadlines, and closing requirements to move matters forward.
• Assist with preparation, review, execution, and organization of transactional documents.
