Responsibilities

• Manage residential purchases, sales, and lender transactions
• Prepare and review contracts, deeds, closing documents, and related paperwork
• Order and review title searches, surveys, tax information, and payoffs
• Assist with title clearance and closing requirements
• Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, title companies, realtors, and municipalities
• Coordinate closings, closing packages, and post-closing matters
• Manage multiple files and deadlines while maintaining organized records
