Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales or business development is required.
• Must possess a real estate license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven with a competitive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with home sellers and manage client relationships.
• Be involved in purchasing homes, making offers, and overseeing the transaction process.
• Cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network; manage leads.
• Negotiate to close deals promptly with win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor juniors.
• Travel to properties for site visits and client meetings.
