The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) seeks an Advanced Real Estate Acquisition and Litigation Facilitator to oversee acquisition, condemnation, and litigation matters within the Real Estate program. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel, liaison with counsel, and training for regional staff.

Applicants should have real estate experience, the ability to coordinate with the Office of General Counsel and the Department of Justice, and a commitment to delivering transportation

Qualifications

• Experience with project management.
• Experience interpreting and applying appropriate real estate acquisition law and/or policies to highway improvement projects.
• Experience with mentoring, coaching and/or training internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee acquisition, condemnation and litigation matters within the Real Estate program.
• Serve as liaison to the Office of General Counsel and coordinates legislative initiatives with department liaisons.
• Provide training and guidance to region specialists and consultants on acquisition/litigation matters.
