Job summary

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking a Regional Environmental Coordinator to join the Northwest Region team in Eau Claire or Superior. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence at least 2 days per week, and WisDOT telework within Wisconsin as discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities include research, analysis, and coordination on environmental laws, assisting project teams, and maintaining environmental document inventories and guidance updates.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting environmental laws, rules, policies and/or procedures.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and/or documenting environmental areas of concern.
• Working as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide research, analysis, and coordination on environmental laws and regulations.
• Assist regional project teams in completing environmental tasks.
