Pedestal Health is hiring a Head of Technology to build a trustworthy data mosaic from clinical and health system data. You will own data engineering, cloud infrastructure, internal platforms, and enterprise IT/security, partnering with Product, Quantitative Sciences, and Health Systems teams.

You will lead a multi-site engineering and IT organization, set architecture, standards, and priorities, and drive data quality, privacy, and scalable solutions in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of multi-team engineering groups.
• Experience with healthcare data and health systems.
• Strong security/compliance posture management (HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2).
• Proven ability to set architecture, standards and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and architecture for clinical data acquisition across EHRs.
• Oversee de-identification, tokenization, and data privacy.
• Lead platform and technology strategy for scalable data products.
• Ensure security posture and enterprise IT alignment with HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2.
• Manage budgeting, cloud spend, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Quantitative Sciences, and Health Systems teams.
