Job summary

Privia Health in Houston is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead a team responsible for claims submission, follow-up, and AR resolution in a hybrid role. Based at 1200 Binz St Suite 1490, this position combines in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays with remote work on other days.

Under supervision of senior leaders, you will drive KPI attainment, supervise staff, handle escalations, and partner with ADs and AVP on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physician revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while achieving KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims submission and follow-up for timely resolution.
• Lead large payer projects and care center support initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process changes.
• Manage AR workflows, analyze aged AR, and drive root-cause fixes.
• Use data to address denials and delays with actionable solutions.
• Provide staff coaching and performance feedback throughout the year.
