Job summary

The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, will lead claims processing, AR management, and large payer projects while driving performance metrics in a hybrid office-based role in Houston.

The position requires strong leadership, training, and data-driven decision making with experience in athenaOne, Trizetto, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing physician revenue cycle.
• 2+ years experience in management of personnel.
• Must understand drivers of revenue cycle performance and be able to investigate and resolve complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead large payer projects and care center support initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for daily operation improvements and propose process changes.
• Manage accounts receivable aging analysis and root-cause resolution to improve cash flow.
• Use data to identify denial patterns and develop actionable solutions.
• Provide coaching and training to staff and escalate issues as needed.
