Privia Health is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management in Houston for a hybrid role requiring Tue/Thu in-office work. You will oversee staff performance, manage AR processes, and drive improvements in claims submission, denial resolutions, and payer projects.

The role emphasizes training, escalation management, and collaboration with AVP-level leadership. A strong background in HIPAA compliance and experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing physician revenue cycle.
• 3+ years experience in management of personnel.
• Must understand drivers of revenue cycle performance and resolve complex claims.
• Strong preference for experience with athenaOne, Trizetto and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead large payer projects and care center support projects; update leadership as needed.
• Identify opportunities for daily operation improvements and propose process changes.
• Manage AR aging analysis and resolution; drive root-cause actions.
• Use data to identify denials patterns and develop corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching to staff and supervise escalation handling.
