Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a Revenues Cycle Management professional to manage accounts receivable related to RCMS clients, researching and responding to medical insurance claims and preparing appeals for carriers. You will support operations and client services by driving AR processes and achieving KPI targets.

The role emphasizes response to payer denials, coordination with clients, and ensuring timely claims processing across multiple billing platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Prior experience on Allscripts PM (preferred).
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and modifiers.
• Experience with billing systems, such as NextGen, Pro, Allscripts, Epic and others.

Responsibilities

• Handle client AR health calls and follow up; interact with insurance carriers.
• Research unpaid claims and prepare appeals and responses.
• Monitor denial trends and ensure secondary claims are processed.
• Achieve KPI goals including 1,400 accounts worked per month.
• May assist new hires with onboarding and training.
