Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
• Proven track record of team leadership, mentoring, and technical oversight.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in challenging field and environment scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and technical presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on network transformation, service issues, optimization, and maintenance.
• Lead wireless network testing, field execution, parameter optimization, and node migration across multi-vendor LTE and 5G networks.
• Optimize KPIs to ensure seamless network quality and user experience.
• Investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues for reliable service.
• Perform RF coverage assessments and drive test analysis to improve coverage and reduce interference.
• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams on investigations and testing.
