Job summary

Kelly Telecom in Seattle is seeking a Network Engineer 4 to design and optimize LTE/5G networks for client deployments. You will author proposals, evaluate new releases, and lead field integration with customers, driving cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience (master's preferred) and deep knowledge of 3GPP specs, RAN architecture, and KPI optimization. Occasional travel is expected as projects require.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience; a master’s degree preferred.
• 4G/5G call processing with 3GPP protocols.
• Fluency in 3GPP RAN architecture, design and KPIs.
• Experience in system engineering: requirements, documentation, testing.
• Willing to travel occasionally on projects.

Responsibilities

• Author technical proposals, white papers, design documents and RFI/RFPs.
• Assist in product performance analysis and evaluate new releases.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support and develop solutions.
• Translate complex designs between sales and carrier networks.
• Educate customers on new products and services.
• Lead field integration testing for 4G/5G features with customers.
• Handle Tier3 support and troubleshoot scheduler issues.
• Review LTE RAN performance and KPI trends.
