Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Access Center Coordinator focused on Prior Authorization to improve access to care for patients in the Nashua area. You will support registration, scheduling, and coordination of referrals and authorizations from a fast-paced call-center environment.

You will document patient data in EPIC and other systems, verify insurance, and assist with payer communications while delivering outstanding service and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Prior Authorization.

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers seeking access to care services.
• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
