This full-time role supports patient registration, scheduling, referral processing, and prior authorizations, primarily via phone and digital tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with prior authorization and insurance verification is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Experience with EPIC or healthcare scheduling systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prior authorization for radiology and access to care.
• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Document patient demographics, financial and referral information in EPIC.
• Answer calls, triage inquiries, and document communications.
• Arrange interpreter services and support resources as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with denial analysis.
• Transmit referrals and scheduling requests across systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
• Support leadership by communicating operational concerns.
