• Works with cross-functional Engineering teams to develop new technology, packaging, materials, processes, or equipment.
• Applies Packaging R&D principles and works independently or as part of a team to develop, direct, and execute plans for major segments of complex projects.
• Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes for current and next-generation programs.
• Prepares reports, publishes, and presents findings to communicate results.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, or equivalent.
