Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, or equivalent.
- New product development experience.
- Packaging design development experience.
- Experience in design control.
Responsibilities
- Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes.
- Analyzes and solves problems from basic engineering principles to complex issues.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration and mentors engineers.
- Maintains compliance with quality requirements.
