• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related engineering field.
• Experience supporting new product development.
• Hands-on experience with packaging design and development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional project teams.
• Strong technical communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities supporting the development of packaging, products, materials, processes, and technologies.
• Support current programs and next-generation development initiatives.
• Develop and execute packaging design, testing, and evaluation plans.
• Analyze data to establish or refine packaging specifications.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Identify innovative packaging solutions and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and other teams.
