Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a Senior Director of Fulfillment Services to provide strategic leadership across Fulfillment Services, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse and Shipping/Logistics. This role supports all fulfillment locations, including Pittsburgh, PA, Canfield, OH, and Collierville, TN, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

The position is hybrid (onsite/remote) with full-time classification, requiring travel up to 50-75% and a track record in leading cross-functional

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh with unrestricted license in PA or TN, with expectation to obtain other state within 90 days of hire.
• Registration with NABP Verify during employment.
• Willingness to obtain NABP registration in NC within 30 days if applicable.
• Experience implementing pharmacy automation technology and/or building new fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

• Leads Fulfillment Services, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, and Shipping/Logistics leadership teams.
• Oversees multiple fulfillment locations (Pittsburgh, PA; Canfield, OH; Collierville, TN).
• Drives strategic planning, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Partners with internal teams to implement process improvements and technology to reduce medication errors and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provides high-level reporting to senior leadership and participates in executive meetings.
• Manages staffing, performance reviews, and training for the department.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
