Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC functions to ensure operations teams are adhering to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Escape to management any violations to ensure accurate coaching by business line managers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with the business.
• Assist with building and maintaining the team including training new members.
• Identify opportunities for change to add value and enhance customer experience.
