Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to support story testing, collaborate with developers and BAs, and ensure a consistent UI across web applications. The role requires hands-on QA testing within an Agile Scrum environment and strong commitment to customer service.

The candidate should be proficient with SQL Server Management Studio to validate data integrity, participate in all ceremonies, and demonstrate initiative in learning the application functionality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of QA testing experience.
• Experience with Agile Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and cadence.
• Experience with DevOps or similar product.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing SQL queries to verify data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, verify, and test story acceptance criteria to ensure UI consistency and functionality.
• Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including refinement and scoring; provide written and verbal feedback.
• Have experience with Agile Scrum methodology and DevOps.
• Write SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio to verify data integrity.
