• At least 7 years of system testing experience.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create end-user support documentation.
• Ability to document processes and requirements clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS 365 apps (Office, AD, Teams, SharePoint).
