Mom Corps is seeking a Purchasing Specialist for a 6 month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid, onsite three days per week with two days remote. Responsibilities include sourcing, updating ERP data, vendor setup, and day-to-day PO management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment, supplies, and services per policy.
• Update prices and part numbers in ERP (System: Steev) and manage day-to-day vendor and PO tasks.
• Review requisitions, recommend process improvements, and oversee change orders.
• Identify and develop new sources of supply; prepare bids, specifications, and RFPs.
• Analyze bids, quotes, and proposals; select/award vendors and manage contract administration.
