mSupply is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in New Lenox, IL. The role supports purchase order administration, vendor management, and procurement planning across designated branches and product categories.

You will leverage ERP systems, maintain records, and ensure timely order fulfillment while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues. A strong Excel and MS Office skillset is required along with 1+ year of purchasing experience.

Competenze

• 1+ years of purchasing and related operations.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Skilled in using office technology, including computers, phone systems, and virtual platforms.

Mansioni

• Oversee purchase policies, procedures, and processes for designated branches or product categories.
• Utilize ERP and web-based systems for data entry, messaging, queue management, batching, and purchasing operations.
• Maintain product records and purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Manage inbound purchase orders and expedite when necessary.
• Update vendor lead times to support reliable planning.
• Resolve vendor delivery issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and inform management of critical issues.
• Handle special-order processing and timely placement of all orders.
• Respond to internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
