Job summary

Ravago is seeking a detail-oriented DMS support specialist to assist purchasing and procurement activities. You will ensure documentation accuracy, manage COA/COO/FTA materials, and maintain data integrity across reports and dashboards.

The role involves hybrid in-office and remote work, with potential travel to office locations in the USA. Strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus familiarity with SharePoint, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field is highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license – required.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Collect COA/COO/FTA from vendors and archive for reference.
• Create documentation based on vendor information.
• Process certifications requests accurately and timely.
• Review DMS reports and request missing documentation.
• Track data and produce quarterly reports.
• Process daily open Jobbing reports to align warehouse dates.
• Track Rail Cars inbound to warehouses to prevent delays.
