Job summary

Ravago Americas in Orlando seeks an Export and Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end export order processing and ensure compliance with US and international trade regulations. You will coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders to achieve timely, accurate shipments while optimizing costs.

The role requires interfacing with internal teams and customers, tracking milestones, and maintaining accurate system records. Hybrid in-office and work-from-home arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Freight forwarder experience preferred.
• Experience with transport service providers and trading, resale, distribution and supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with ability to learn additional applications.

Responsibilities

• File EEI with US Customs via ACE ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain ocean bookings and compare carriers for best options.
• Ensure shipments meet profit and deadlines; audit orders before release.
• Decide cost-effective ocean and dray carriers balancing customer needs and commitments.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, drayage and warehouses to track shipments.
