Job summary

Discflo Pumps is seeking a Pump Solutions Consultant in Overland Park, KS, with hybrid/remote options based on territory. This inside sales role targets strategic opportunities, advances pipeline, and orchestrates RFQs with cross-functional teams to close deals.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and VP of Business Development, performing outbound campaigns, coordinating demos, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and CRM-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of inside or technical sales, B2B experience preferred.
• Engineering track or related degree preferred.
• Strong phone presence to qualify needs and build trust.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and support complex deals.
• Experience coordinating large projects or RFQs with multiple stakeholders.
• CRM tools familiarity (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency with Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to identify pump opportunities and set qualified appointments.
• Coordinate demos, proposals, and RFQ lifecycle with engineering and field sales.
• Document all leads and opportunities in the CRM and drive them to close.
