Job summary

Discflo Corporation is seeking a Pump Solutions Consultant in Overland Park, KS. This hybrid/remote-available role focuses on territory development, outbound prospecting, and closing strategic opportunities within a B2B industrial setting.

You will collaborate with regional leadership and engineering to drive revenue through proactive outreach and effective deal progression. The position emphasizes a performance-based compensation structure with base salary plus commissions and bonuses,

Qualifications

2–5 years of inside sales or related roles in B2B industrial products.
2 year degree preferred, engineering track.
Strong phone presence and ability to qualify needs quickly.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory growth strategies with the Regional Sales Manager.
Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to identify pump applications and set qualified appointments.
Coordinate demos and technical discussions with engineering and field sales.
Maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and monitor opportunities through to close.
Lead RFQ management and cross-functional coordination across departments.
