Job summary

Sambatek, LLC is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead and grow our Public Services practice. This entrepreneurial, relationship-driven role focuses on building strong client partnerships, pursuing new opportunities, and guiding projects to successful delivery.

The role emphasizes business development, client engagement, and team leadership with a strong network in the public sector. Hybrid work in Minnesota is available with compensation aligned to qualifications and market norms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Established relationships and a network within the public-sector transportation or municipal markets.
Experience with business development, client relationship management, and pursuit of new project opportunities.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

Grow Sambatek's public-sector business by identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
Lead client development and retention efforts to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Develop annual business development and marketing strategies for the Public Services practice.
Identify RFP opportunities and develop proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
Collaborate across Sambatek's practices to deliver comprehensive solutions.
