Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to support healthcare data integration, automation, and system modernization projects for the Texas Department of State Health Services.

The role involves developing programming solutions, automating data workflows, integrating healthcare data systems, and building dashboards to enhance public health data processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar languages.
• Strong experience in system integration and data automation.
• Dashboard development for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with healthcare, public health, or administrative datasets.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with ETL, data pipelines, data validation, and testing.
• Ability to document technical requirements and programming solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to support healthcare data integration, automation, and system modernization projects for the Texas Department of State Health Services.The candidate will develop and maintain programming solutions, automate data workflows, integrate healthcare data systems, and build dashboards to improve public health data processing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong experience in system integration, data automation, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with healthcare, public health, or administrative datasets.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with ETL, data pipelines, data validation, and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, eCR/eICR, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Experience with public health surveillance systems and healthcare registries.
