Ideal candidates will hold DC licensure (LGPC/LPC/LICSW/PSYCH/L.MFT) or equivalent, with liability coverage and a commitment to culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• DC licensure as LGPC/LPC/LICSW/Psychologist/LMFT or equivalent.
• Maintain professional liability insurance.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, evidence-based practice.
• Experience serving diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in consultation and case collaboration as appropriate.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment within a private-practice setting.
