CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation, LLC (CCCC) is seeking licensed therapists to join a collaborative clinical team serving clients across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Part-time or full-time opportunities with hybrid or in-office settings are available.

We offer a multidisciplinary practice focused on culturally responsive, patient-centered care for diverse populations, with opportunities for professional development and diverse clinical experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland; DC licensure preferred.
• Must be able to accept clients insured by Medicaid or Medicare.
• Preference for clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
• Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Aufgaben

• Assessment and diagnosis — conduct psychological evaluations and develop diagnostic impressions within scope.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and tailored interventions.
• Treatment planning — set goals, monitor progress, and refer when appropriate.
• Monitor and ensure client safety, addressing risks per laws and standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation.
